Vacuum High-pressure Valve

This valve can be used from high vacuum of 10-6Pa to ultra-high pressure of 50MPa. Since resin is used for the seal part, it absorbs the friction that accompanies the opening and closing of the valve, and the elasticity and restoring force of the resin allow it to be used in fluid areas from a fairly vacuum to a high pressure.
