This equipment is designed to dehydrate molded materials under pressurized state. Uniform dehydration and uniform baking can be achieved quickly by applying heat to the materials while suppressing generation of saturated steam with pressure.
Since drain produced during the process is transferred automatically to waste water tank, there exists no influence of a solvent. Equipment consists of chamber section, gas control section, and electronics control section, which are integrated compactly. It is perfectly fit for dehydration of DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter).
