This new equipment is to conduct photovoltaic module lamination through heating and pressing under the vacuum state in a single processing chamber. Highly efficient lamination using adhesives such as thermosetting adhesive is made possible by accomplishing pressing of the modules as well as degassing and uniform heat processing in short time.

1).Processing time and production cost can be reduced significantly by carrying out vacuuming, heat and press processing in a single chamber

2).Adoption of plate-shaped heater unit allows for efficient and uniform heat treatment

3).Diaphragm mechanism is adopted in order to press the entire module face uniformly
